ABOUT ME

Soy una persona muy descomplicada. Me gusta disfrutar de las cosas sencillas de la vida y amo viajar. El plan perfecto, una buena comida!!!. Me considero una persona bastante inquieta, me gusta aprender de todo un poco y tal vez nunca estoy conforme con quedarme en un mismo lugar por mucho tiempo.
El ejercicio se ha vuelto parte de mi vida. El tenis, lo que más disfruto. Correr, lo que me hace feliz.

I am an easygoing person and I really enjoy simple things in life. I LOVE to travel. The perfect plan for me: eating at a really nice restaurant. In my personal life, I prefer to keep doing new stuff all the time and to learn new things everyday.
Exercise has become vital in my life. Tennis, the sport I enjoy the most. Running, what makes me happy and keeps my life in order.

PHILOSOPHY

Quoting Seal: "But we are never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy". I need to keep doing something new once in a while to be happy.

La rutina me aburre, y la cita de la canción de Seal me cae perfecto. Necesito estar siempre ocupado y ojalá haciendo algo nuevo para ser feliz.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Entré en esta página por las buenas recomendaciones de una amiga que se fue mochileando por Suramérica en el 2010.

I found out about this page because of a friend of mine who went backpacking South America in 2010.
I use it myself in a trip I made in 2013 in Ecuador, Perú and Bolivia, and it worked well in Ecuador.

This year I decided to make my house available to host. Now I have a little more time, and space in my apartment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Quito I stayed with an Spanish girl who used a lot couchsurfing. It was the begining of my trip so she gave me a lot of useful advises and it was a great experience. Apart from that, I haven't used it that frequently but I'm sure it is the best way to meet interesting people and cultures.

Interessi

Running is my life, it makes me happy and keeps my life in order.
Movies are another big passion for me. I enjoy watching movies a lot. Somehow while living my life, I think of it as if it were a movie, that makes me feel happy.

Musica, film e libri

No he podido superar "The eternal sunshine of a spotless mind", es mi película preferida. I love Michel Gondry's movies.

Mi libro preferido: El retrato de Dorian Gray, de Oscar Wilde. (Dorians Gray portrait).

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Los majestuosos Andes en Bolivia. Desde el cielo increíblemente azul, hasta los verdes de las montañas y los picos de nieve. La tierra en formación y las planicies de sal inundadas. Bolivia es simplemente sorprendente.

Y cosas locas..tirarme por los rápidos de un afluente del río Orinoco sin protección y casi caer por un raudal de piedras. Todo por seguir a un par de amigos...de todas formas, sobreviví!! y ahora puedo contar la historia.

Amzing, Boliva!!! The increble Andes mountain chain, with its bright blue sky, green mountains, and snow caped peaks. Earth still active, and flooded salt plains which looked like mirrors. Simply breath taking. Salar de Uyuni

And crazy things I've done. Throwing myself into some rapids in the Orinoco river with absolutely no protection, and almost falling into a rocky waterfall...just because I had to follow a couple of crazy friends!! Anyway, I'm still alive and now I can tell the story.

Español e Inglés, y diría que matemáticas aunque no suene muy práctico. Algo de la historia de mi país y más bien de política reciente. Hablar de las cosas buenas de Colombia me gusta mucho. Acerca de mi estilo de vida, de cómo viajar me ha cambiado la vida y me ha hecho una persona feliz.

Por aprender, TODO. No hay que desperdiciar ni un solo instante para aprender de la vida y de la gente. Amo los idiomas así que eso es un gran plus.
