Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My little brother and I are traveling to St Louis to stay there for a few days so I can participate in a big chess tournament, the Mid-American Open. It would also be nice to meet new people, both from couch surfing and from playing in the tournament.

Interests

I love playing board/card games such as chess, Stratego, Monopoly, Risk, Dominion, and Scrabble. When I'm with friends, I like to watch shows like Lost and The Walking Dead, and I also like to go paintballing and even have lightsaber duels outside. Of course, no get together is complete without at least one chess game.

I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music such as Korn, Slipknot, Demon Hunter, Marilyn Manson, Alt J, The All American Rejects, Hollywood Undead, Lorde, Linkin Park, Fort Minor, Gorillaz, Fear Factory, Birdy, Love and Death, NYVES, King 810, Nine Inch Nails, Florence and the Machine, Red, Breaking Benjamin, Pendulum, and The Zolas.

My favorite movies are the Harry Potter Series, The Hobbit Series, The Lord of the Rings series, the Dark Knight series, and Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret.

My favorite books are the Harry Potter series, The Hobbit, the Chaos Walking Series, Calvin and Hobbes, A Series of Unfortunate Events, the Artemis Fowl series, and The Wardstone Chronicles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had my first novel, Trial of the Demon Hunter - Volume One of Demons Among Men, published before I got out of highschool.
