Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

There was once I was on the way back to Singapore from Kuala Lumpur. We were in a coach and it stopped at the border for immigration.A female German backpacker fell to the pavement as she tried to get off the coach and she twisted her ankle very badly. I took her to hospital that night and put her up in my home, served her good local food and provided her with internet so that she could inform her loved ones and arrange to go back to Germany.

Interests

I'm a part-time magician who specialises in card magic and I'm passionate about sports. i play soccer and most racket sports. I love going to the movies! I also enjoy playing the piano and the guitar.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock music! Not metal, but anything from old school rock to art rock to inde rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Army training in the endless jungles of Brunei. Having to be out in the jungles for 11 days at a go with only 4 combat-rations and a sachet of water-purifying tablets so that I could drink the river water which looked more like milk tea.
