Hello! I'm Sam and i am a 27 yo ginger that is curious about cultures, languages, music, science and a lot more! I'm also very calm and easy going, i tell stupid jokes and like silly faces :D

Sometimes i feel like a curious kid, i can be easily fascinated by simple things like nature and humans, and I believe adults should embrace the joy of exploration and discovery.

I was born in Venezuela and at the age of 14, i moved to Italy.

I studied mechanical and acoustic engineering in Milan, so in a way i combined my passion for music and my interest in science. I also make music as a hobby and i released some of it on Spotify and Youtube as Red Dawg.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think is a fun way of combining traveling and meeting new people, which can also help you or guide you discover the city or country. I don't really like to explore new places the "touristy" way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I make music as a hobby, and of course i pass a lot of time just listening to music in general. I have a really wide taste in music, my playlists can pass from classical music to reggaeton and that's completely ok.

I love Tarantino movies and in general i prefer films with an original touch. I also like David Lynch works.

I do like some books, but i would say it's not my prefered form of art. I'm starting to write my thoughts sometimes, tho, and it feels good, but i still have a lot to learn and maybe some day my writings will become a song or a poem!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share my knowledge with the people that hosts me or meet me.

I can teach some spanish or italian, and of course i could learn languages too, currently i want to learn portuguese, german and french.

I also love to cook for others, I make really good pasta and other international dishes! I always add a personal touch ;)
