Haha from 2017 on, these have been very interesting years for me. After nearly a decade as a Marine helicopter pilot, followed by a year in Spain for a MBA and 15 months in India during covid, these years are unlike any others! I'm really enjoying this new period of my life and excited about what is coming.

I’m currently in Taiwan and the Chinese diaspora exploring xigong, neigong and the internal arts. I’m very interested in exploring consciousness and the internal worlds and the wisdom and depth of these ancient cultures and practices. Meditation and the practices taught by the Buddha currently play a large role in my life and practice.

These years have been more focused on personal evolution, inner exploration, reconnecting and deepening my relationship with my mind, body and spirit, deconstructing past conditioning, moving through fears, traumas and challenges, and assisting, supporting and serving others in their own evolution.

I love having fun and exploring. I really love meeting and spending time with people of all sorts, as we share interesting conversations.

I love the outdoors and prioritize being in them. Rock climbing used to be a large part of my life, though it’s been a while now, so if you climb, lets go!

I love meeting new people, I like to help others and I have a spare couch :).

I do this strictly to help others, I dont expect anything, including your time, in return. If we hit it off and have good conversation, that is a bonus, but I dont expect you to change your travel plans to revolve around me just because I am hosting you. If it winds up that we dont hang out and you only use our home as a place to crash for the night, thats quite alright with us. There is no guilt if you are busy and we dont hang out. If so, cest la vie, enjoy your travels.

I’m in a period of reading less and practicing more.
In the recent years I’ve read a lot about spirituality, the brain, neuro-everything, human optimization, habits, learning & memory, some quantum physics, biology & physiology, combined with good ole Harry Potter, The Name of The Wind, Stormlight Archives and other fun, light magic fantasy :). That sort of funky stuff.

I love music! Now a days I am very discriminatory about what kind of conditioning I allow in through my senses, so the majority of what I listen to has no lyrics (EDM, classical, Indian classical) or positive lyrics.

I don’t watch too many movies or shows these days.

Lived Life :)

Multiple multi-month solitary dark room meditation retreats in India have been transformational. Burning Man has been eye-opening. Powerful psychedelic journeys have been life changing. Being a Marine pilot, traveling the world and exploring the fringes haha I continue to be blessed with interesting, wonderful life. Many other amazing growth and life opportunities I would love to chat about.
