Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First, i want to host some people.
After, maybe i'll need some couch :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None for the moment !

Interests

- I was really involved in the scout movement like lots of young people in Belgium.(between 7 and 27). That give me a motivation for traveling as a backpackers, meeting people, the desire to discover culture, food, new style of life,... i stop these year but it's always important in my life.
- Sports : badminton, swim, bike, ice skating, ...
- I like listening music, going to music festivals (Belgium is really great for that !!) and concerts.
- Culture is important for me, i see lots of movies, read books, see some expositions,...
- Travels : last year : I stayed 5 days during the winter in a small cottage near Orval Abbeye, did a snowshoeing trek in Romanian's Carpathian mountains, visited the south of Poland, partying in Budapest and did a bike trip alone from Namur to Amsterdam (by LF 7). A nice year :)
This year, i'll going to Dour festival(music festival in Be), hiking and visit Macedonia, maybe a bike trip along the Rhine & the Maas and probably the Cabaret Vert music festival (Fr). That's it for the moment !
- And also : meet my friends, taste new beers, playing poker, chess, cooking, try new stuff,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When i was 18, i quit Europe for the first time and went to Sénégal for 2 weeks in Pikine (Dakar's suburb). One day, two of my friends and i are arrived in a traditional street party. We have been chosen for "the lions's dance". I was really shy at this time, but without thinking and surrounded by at least 150 people, we started to dance alone.
My life was never be the same after that !
