About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To ease my mind

ABOUT ME

I'm a friendly person and I'm gentle to nature.. I'm always straight forward and I do not hesitate to tell what's on my mind, whether it's positive or negative feedback. I just like to be honest..

I'm into party and the nightlife scene but I enjoy a quiet day reading the paper and sipping a beer outside a lovely café/restaurant :)

I'm open for all kinds of suggestions and really just go with the flow!

PHILOSOPHY

Not fond of, but respecting religion! Just trying to look at things rational..

'It's not about where you're going but where you feel you already should have been' - Tom Barman - dEUS :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do not have to much to offer, but I have a comfy big couch to sleep on :) I can show people around in Ghent ( and Belgium ) to get them to know the best places around.

I'm a student in Ghent so I know the places to party but also the places to chill.. My room is rather big and has plenty of space to accomadate other people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do not have a couchsurfing experience yet, but hopefully this will change shortly :)

I'm planning to do this very often in the future! I really feel like I've been missing some stuff!

Interests

Being a software developer I like to do other things then staring at my pc screen and explore the world, bit by bit. I'm eager to meet new people and hear all about their travel experiences

  • festivals
  • beer
  • nightlife
  • partying
  • reading
  • traveling
  • music
  • camping
  • religion
  • software

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the Quentin Tarantino movies a lot..
I don't read books often, but when I do it's rather not fiction, but stories about experiencies or the movies made about their plot!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting the WWII German concentration camp Majdanek in Poland, Lublin was the most shocking and overwhelming experience. Meeting new people, enjoying the music and exploring Budapest during the Sziget festivals in 2009,2010,2011 was a great experience as well..

Lake Bled in Slovenia is a travelspot I would recommend anyone..

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium
