I believe that you can't consider that you've visited a country without being in touch with locals. I like living like locals do, having conversations with them, sharing food on a table and some food for thoughts as well.
I like to see the city through their eyes...to hear them speak about the things they love, about their passion, how they've lived and how their neighborhood changed through the years...to have a mutually enriching experience and share cultures.
