19 years old from the Netherlands, art school student, always skateboarding or taking photos. After I finished high school I took a gap year to work and save money for traveling. But I also skated a lot and did a lot of creative things, alhtough I hate the word 'creative'. Anyway, I do like to create things and never want to the same thing twice. After this summer I'll be going to an art academy to improve my skills at design and art.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Obviously to find a place to sleep but also to connect with people. I'll be travelling alone but that doesn't mean I want to be alone, meeting new people is cool so I'm looking forward to learning about different cultures and places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Punk, post-hardcore, rock, that stuff. Not really into movies. I like photography books. My favourite book is Butchers Crossing by John Williams. I'm now trying to get back into reading after high school made reading less fun. I recently read The Great Gatsby and now started on Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share the joy of being in a foreign and new city. I don't know, just having a good time is enough right? I'll obviously help with things that have to be done, like cooking or doing the dishes but I think that speaks for itself.
