I live in Paramaribo (Suriname), but I am currently studying in Istanbul (Turkey). I was born and raised in the Netherlands. In Suriname I run a children's home. I like to dedicate myself to the less fortunate in the world. Furthermore, I like to travel to countries that I don't know much about in order to better understand the people who live there. During my travels I prefer to talk with the locals because they can tell me the most about the country in question. I am mainly interested in countries in the Middle East. These countries are only mentioned in the (Western) media when it comes to negativity. This does not alter the fact that simply beautiful people are living there.
