I have this giant interest in people, cultures and adventures. Always happy getting to know things I didn't know before: exploring, getting lost, and finding more than I ever had before!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I like getting to know people that differ from the people in my everyday life. People that might have a different perspective on life than I have. People that are fun anyway, in their own kind of way.
Next to that I really love travelling, and Couchsurfing is one of the best ways to get in contact with another culture. I'm not really the 4* all-inclusive hotel not getting to know a country-kind of guy.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Going out on the ocean with Peruvian fishermen looking for Orca's, but ending up catching my own dinner and visiting a deserted oilrig. Hitchhiking my way from the South of Chile up to Chaiten.

Oh wait, and I quit my job to follow my dreams. To make a living out of travelling, writing, meeting great people and living through fun adventures. And that's the thing I'm still doing and it feels amazing! :)

Happiness. A bit of knowledge about life, travels and everyday nonsense. Heaps of info on other European cities. Drinks and conversations, or nothing at all, depending on a host's wishes.
