Overview
About Me
Kids all grown & energy abounding I am ready to hit the road and see what I missed in my youth.
Honestly, my French may be slow, I have been here a while.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I took in couch surfers and couch surfed myself in the 80's, but we networked a bit differently. It was a great experience then and I hope to do more of it now.
Interests
I knit, it's a good traveling hobby. Gathering yarn from places I visit and knitting unique "souvenirs" seems like a fun thing to try.
Otherwise, my interests are divers. Live music of most genres, art, history, meeting folks and sharing stories.

Music, Movies, and Books
Ooo, hard one. It's simpler to say I am not a horror movie buff, nor do I really read too many scary stories, I get too easily sucked in. And music?? I keep that simple and just listen to it all.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I raced my motorcycle from Tiajuna to Cabo San Lucas. There were 18 of us and it was called the Cabo 1000. It was part fund raiser, part hell raiser.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've lived in the Carolina's 20+ years so I've experienced a lot and yet still have a lot to explore. I'll teach you to knit if you like.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am an excellent cook and love to trade tricks & recipes.
