A backpack world traveller since 2017 who decided to take a gap year(gap year turned into gap years…) and travel to Europe, Southeast-Asia and Middle-East to explore all she could about holistic wellness, mindfulness, and human potential. Having an entrepreneurial mindset, she co-founded a healing center on a paradise island in Thailand to pursue her dream to learn non-formal healing methods such as TRE method, yoga, Innerdance, breathwork, hypnotherapy, etc. She has taught alternative healing methods in group and private settings at international festivals and in communities around the world and her this year’s intention is becoming certified Wim Hof Method instructor by the end of 2020.
