Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel a lot and I am very happy, that there are so many wonderful people willing to host!

I am very happy about all the people I met on this website. It allowed me to have great conversations with an awesome guy in Paris, was invited to a spontaneous hiking trip in Hungary, experienced life in Krakow while living in an artsy attic-flat with a cute cat and had the best Turkish food in Istanbul... What more can I say? :) Sharing stories and great moments!

Interests

I love to experience all aspects of life, not feeling numb, but feeling feeling feeling. It is all we have.
For me it is very important to share my life with other people, share stories and beautiful moments! I would describe myself as a collector of moments and stories. And whenever I feel this wonderfully thrilling need to take pen and paper I like to be a story teller and writer.

I like to learn a lot about history, art, politics, society, because it makes me understand this exciting world around me a little better. And life continues teaching me and with every new thing learned, there is more to come!

And: Happiness through food, smiles on other people's faces, listening to music, seeing beautiful things.

Sitting on the rooftop of a hotel in Durban with a good friend of mine, looking over the edge down to the street, hearing a gospel church pray and a muezzin sing at the same time and feeling like the stars over our head are jumping up and down.
