I am Sandra & from the Netherlands. I really love traveling, trying new things and meeting new people. In life I really care for friends and family, I do love to spend time with them.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started couch surfing 7 years ago when I went to the USA. It was my first trip alone, so I just wanted to meet more people and hang out with the locals. The people that I stayed at were all really friendly and loved showing me around, this was a great start. So I am curious to see what kind of people I will meet in the future!

兴趣

Travelling, meeting new people, photographing, cooking, seigthseeing and most important: getting to know different cultures. I love to see the local customs, taste different dishes and drinks, being the culture. That is also why I enjoy traveling so much!

Typical dishes; in Vietnam for example I learned how to make the fresh spring rolls.
Beautiful places; in Vietnam one of my Vietnamese friends brought us to the city and area where he grew up. We had an awesome day at one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam (Nimn Binh) and we even had dinner at his grandparents house. Incredible!

I love cooking, so I would love to prepare typical dutch dishes. Furthermore I just enjoy learning from each others cultures and learning languages. I am learning Spanish right now, so tips are more than welcome. I can help you with English or Dutch if you like. So I would also enjoy to share my culture with you.
