ABOUT ME

I am currently attending Portland State University. I moved here on September, 2008. So I am new and would love to meet people here who share my interests.
I love discovering the world. I enjoy good food (not weird animal parts though), learning about cultures and languages. I basically think people are good.
I enjoy painting, drawing, writing. I love music of many types: opera, some jazz, 80's, new age. I love dancing too, almost anything.
I consider myself easygoing and sometimes I have a sharp sense of humor.

PHILOSOPHY

Always learn new things and get interested in new things. There is so much out there to know, so many interesting ideas, thoughts, places....all to be discovered and enjoyed.

In CR I tried to host as many as I could. Now I cannot host, but I will try to participate in activities in Portland.

My experience so far has been so great. I have met interesting and caring people who always teach me something.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Reading is also a passion. I love the poetry of Emily Dickinson, Mario Benedetti, Anne Sexton.
I love movies too, some great ones I can remember now are: Cinema Paradiso, Seven Beauties, The Oh in Ohio.... I also love chick flicks. I try to watch as many films from different countries as I can. I have recently discovered Kusto Rica.
I love music, many times. Now I am enjoying female vocalist, like Kate Bush, Indigo Girls.

I spent 2 months at Coco Island, volunteering. I felt like Tarzan...or Cheeta.

I can teach salsa dancing! Some cooking from CR too.
I would like to practice the little French is left on my brain.
