My partner and I live in St leu on the west coast of Reunion Island. We're both teachers and very busy and invested parents with our both kids Arsène and Edgar (7 and 4 and half year-old boys). We like meeting people and are quite curious to know about new cultures and countries. Personally, I practice yoga and the piano and I do some sport too. Essentially running, but we would like to go back hiking now that the kids have grown up a little bit. I teach English but it is not only a job for me, English is my passion! My partner teaches P.E and is interested in drama, sport (tennis is his favourite one) and a huge number of things. People would say we're nice and generous, we're easy-going people and open-minded. The kids are quite active, Arsène practices the piano, hip-hop, tennis and gymnastic whereas Edgar plays tennis and does gymnastic. And the whole family likes shows.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Since my children were born, I've been speaking English to my sons because we would like them to be bilingual.
As I said, English is part of me even if I'm French.They understand English quite well but unfortunately,here, people only speak French. So they're more in the understanding than in speaking. That's why we decided to join couchsurfing, we hope to meet foreigners to exchange, to chat at dinner time (in English)and to enable the kids (and us) to speak English.
We would like to help people by hosting them while they're travelling and why not in return being able to travel more and being hosted.
