ABOUT ME

I'm 32 and François 29. François grew up in the French Alps in a small village and i grew up in Paris. But we used to live in Paris before our around the world tour.
During one year we'll be travelling in South America, NZ, Australie and Asia. It's an old dream which comes true. so amazing for us. And maybe we wont go home....we'll see.

PHILOSOPHY

Living for travelling and discover the world. Want to see a lot of things and dont want to live a calm and nonsense life like working, sleeping and subway.
Don't want to wake up at 50 and see our lives behind us just full of work for money.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We want to participate, meet and host people because for us relationship are very important and even more after our CS experience in South America

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had different experiences in CS but all of them were very interesting. In south america we stayed in an ecuatorian family and in a big big house in Paraguay with a lot of roomates. Manuela was our great host in Chili.
We stayed with Woody in Cairns and had great time and we hope to have more.
Singapore and KL offered us two greats couch and views on these two wonderful cities.
When we ll go home our place will be your place.

Interests

We like travelling as much as possible.
We like treking, we did awesome treks in Peru and New- Zealand.
We like photography. I had a reflex for my 30th birthday and i used it as often as possible. I'd like to make our photo albums.
We love to cook and would like to learn gastronomy.
I'd doing my family tree and it's very interesting to discover the past
François is a crazy of graphic novel and comicstrips like blacksad, maus, murena, Sin City...

He plays basketball, sky.

With all the things we saw in the world, we want to try many activities : play violin, make handcrafts, homemade bread....and so on...

Music, Movies, and Books

You can listen different music at home : Soul and Funk for me and metal, jazz and rock for Francois. And sometimes some weard music like old song of the 80's.
And now after 5 months spending in South America, we love latino music.
Movies : old movies like La traversée de Paris, les tontons flingueurs...
Recent movies : Dark city, comedies, les bronzes font du ski, Clint Eastwood movies, Forrest Gump, beignet de tomates vertes, le diner de con, Léon
Books : on India story, thrillers, SF, a lot of stuffs

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Peru: Inca and precolombian ruins and civilisation
Egypt: Ancient egyptian civilisation, the Nile
Argentina and Brazil ; the iguazu falls of both side were so amazing.
Brazil : Rio Bay and Salvador de Bahia
New Zealand: Milford track and swim with dolphins
Australia animals and beaches.
Riding an elephant in Thaïland
Exchanging with burmese people without speaking a word of english or burmese.
