Hiii all! I’m from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 where I still live and study. I love learning about others’ story, countries and cultures.
I really value honesty, therefore I hope to meet people who are honest too.

My passport name is Sanne, but because the last sound is difficult to pronounce in English I changed it a bit. And I actually like the sound of Sanna. But don't worry about my name, both is totally fine!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first solo trip was to England, and I didn’t know how to travel solo. So I googled it 😅 then Couchsurfing came up. It seemed super nice, and now I can say I absolutely love it!

After reading about Couchsurfing I wanted to try it myself and created this profile, to meet people and discover places with locals. I’m very interested in learning the story of others and learning from other cultures. I’m looking forward to meet new people :D

Interests

I have a wide interest when it comes to topics to chat about. So there will always be something to chat about!
After my studies I want to live abroad, I’m looking forward to the moment when I’m buying my “one way ticket”! So if you have any recommendations on where to live and work, I’m all ears!

Since a few months I started to try new sports. By far not a lot haha but working on that! So if I can join you during your sport, that would be nice!

Music, Movies, and Books

Since I am an international business management student I like to learn about businesses and human behavior. That’s why my favorite book is: ‘How to win friends and influencing people’ from Dale Carnegy.

At the moment I’m reading ‘the future is Asian’. So if you know the book or are interested, I would love to have a chat about this topic.

I’m also a big fan of Netflix, my current favorites are ‘Peaky Blinders’ and ‘Prison Break’. Even though the last one is a bit old. At the moment I’m watching ‘Homeland’.
Oh and around Christmas time, all the Christmas love stories haha.
