We are Siru and Santtu, a married couple travelling around Southeast Asia. We both love travelling, making friends and getting new experiences. We took now a gap year from studies to be able to have a longer journey. We have been travelling together and alone quite alot. It is our passion! When in Finland Siru studies Social Psychology and to become a teacher and Santtu Construction Engineering. Summertime, when it is not all the time so freezing in Finland ,we hike and camp with our two dogs. Nature is really near to our hearts. We are both vegetarians. We do not smoke or use alcohol. But still we have (and are) fun!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We have been WWOOFing (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) and loved it. Then we heard good experiences about couchsurfing from our friends, family and other travellers. So we tried it and its amazing! CS is an excellent way to get to know new people and explore new cultures.

Interessen

Santtu is definetily a music man and carrying a ukulele all around the world (bass would have been too heavy). Siru loves to talk and share stories and experiences, but can also try to be quiet if asked. We are both into natural lifestyle. Meeting people, making friends, yoga, voluntary work, good vegetarian food, music, nature, water, swimming,animals, sun...
