Overview
About Me
I'm a 24 years old italian girl living in Perugia (don't mind if you don't know it: it's a really really really small town in the centre of Italy). I just got graduated at the Univeristy for Foregneirs of Perugia, and currently studying for the master degree at the same univesity. My degree is about teaching and promoting the italian language and culture abroad, so clearly I would love to teach you some words in my mothertongue. I've lived for six months in Finland (Turku) and I'm about to move for a bunch of months to Japan for an exchange study program.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've heard about Couchsurfing by a friend of mine and I've immediatly thought "Wow, it should be great!". I love to travel, to discover the world, to grow and to learn more about other cultures and, in order to do that, I'd like to meet, and to share with inhabitants. I'm firmly convinced that this could be the better way to know a country, its cities and all their distinguishing features and peculiarities.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite group is Arcade Fire, but I like also groups as Mumford & Sons, Alt-J, Arctic Monkeys, Beirut, Blur or singers as Tom Waits, Damien Rice, Glen Hansard. I even love old music, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, or still Buddy Holly. And I really like opera too.
I've watched several Italian and French old movies, but my favourite, even if I know that maybe it is not the best movie ever, is "When Harry met Sally": it makes me cry every time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As I said before, I got the chance to live in Finland and there I've met nothing less than Santa Claus in person: the cutest and sweetest person ever.
I've travel for one month in Canada, pretty much always alone, loving every single minute in that amazing country.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a really good cook and I can cook almost everything of the tipical italian tradition and, obviously I'd like to cook for my hosts. I'd love to share new experiences with them, to learn something of their culture and to tell something about mine.
