I've worked for TV show about Food and Beauty.( I was a presenter on 3 National chanels in Japan. so my life is totally " Food".
I generally do Gluten free diet and write about Gluten effection for a medical hospital. ( i'm a not celiac) I would be happy to share about it if you are interested in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) I've walked 830km from France to west coast of Spain by my own to EAT amazing spanish cousine. I was visiting 7 bars in a day everyday while my "Food Camino".

2) I did cry to eat an amazing food in Ibiza, spain because it was unbelievable delicious!!
