I'm 26 (she/her) and I currently live in Zurich, Switzerland. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures - and I'm a PhD student on a budget, haha - so I'm very much looking forward to using Couchsurfing. I'm open-minded, kind and passionate, I enjoy diversity in everything, and I would love to meet new people and get to know them and their country as much as possible. I'm a social introvert, which might feel contradictory but it just means that I love people and I like engaging with them but I also need my alone time to recharge my batteries. I'm very curious what kind of new experiences are waiting for me here! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

New experiences, good conversations, different cultures, to cook something together, for big laughs, to get to know a city from the locals, to be able to travel to lots of places.

Interests

I love to play board games, go to some live music events, museums, theaters, saunas, to get book recommendations, etc. I'm also open to experiencing something that I've never tried before, for example, I'm generally not a big fan of techno music but I've been to the street parade recently (one of the biggest techno festivals in Zurich) and I happened to love it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a PhD student so I can teach a lot about science if someone is interested. :) Other than that I've come a long journey on self exploration and acceptance and understanding the world a bit better, so I'm open to sharing my views on politics, culture, philosophy, humans and relationships, and pretty much life in general. I was told to be a good listener too (especially since I'm an extroverted introvert), so I'm happy and eager to learn from other people (hence the PhD, haha).
