Born and raised in the beautiful Madeira Island, I am passionate about nature and the ocean.

I grew up doing many types of sports (athletics, handball, volleyball...) and I have always been very curious about the deep questions of life. That is why I engaged in a Master in Physics and Astrophysics, to understand better the world and the stars and the planets.

I have lived in Lisbon for 5 years to study and 6 months in the Netherlands for an internship. I am a very respectful person, always eager to help and to connect with people from all over the world. I

I have travelled to some countries mostly in Europe, and my dream is to travel to and explore New Zealand. I am also into solo traveling and I want to do it more and more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am in couchsurfing to connect to locals so I have an authentic experience when I travel. I am here to change my perspective on what it means to travel abroad. To have a true experience and to truly getting to know the place where I am traveling to. And of course, also to host amazing people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have solo travelled to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. It was an amazing experience, I learned a lot about myself and I connected to many people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Portuguese and the basics of Spanish. I can teach how to cook Portuguese food =)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share Portuguese culture and teach them the language. I can share with them my company and my time. I can share what I have learned in my Astrophysics course and my perspectives and knowledge concerning humankind, the Universe, life, planets, stars, galaxies :). I am a very curious person, I read a lot and I watch many documentaries, so I can talk about any subject.
