*I'm not in Zaragoza, currently cycling toward Asia*

Hi!

My name is Sara, I was born and raised in Zaragoza, Spain, and I am originally from China.

Since the 4th of April 2022, I'm on the road. Sharing meaningful stories while cycling solo toward Asia. Check it out! :) (www.journeyfromtheroad.com)

So far cycled through 10 countries, +7000 km and had many meaningful encounters!
Currently in Türkiye.

In my latest travels, I have been focusing more on the process rather than the destination. In the past, I explored less-traveled countries.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

From April, I will mainly look for hosts along the road.
I use Warmshowers more (cycling community), and since cycling Croatia I've been "knocking" on people's doors :).
I want to meet fellow adventurers and share experiences with you!

· A 10-day Vipassana Meditation course at Dhamma Neru, amazing!
· Run my first marathon at Home, Zaragoza!
· Walked the Camino Primitivo in 9 days (Oviedo to Santiago, 321 km)
· Hiked alone for 9 days in the Pyrenees (https://youtu.be/KoDQW0-usIU)
· Did a solo bike trip from Zaragoza to Oviedo (701km, 13 days) crossing los Picos de Europa! :D
· Ran +1200 km in 2020, and participated in my first half-marathon trail 24km +950m!
· First time hitchhiking in Kyrgyzstan!
· Hiking solo at the highest peak in Spain, El Teide!
· Celebrating the 105th anniversary of Kim Jong Il in Pyongyang, North Korea (watching live a military parade)!
