I am about to travel around the world and happy to meet people of different countries and learn about there culture and country. =)

I am 30 years old and I love to travel. I have a multicultural background, so travelling around to meet family members was, what I did when I was younger. I spent a year in the US to study and there I travelled around the whole continent to meet new people and see all the well known sights.

Now I am about to travel around the world, and I really want to see the places where I go, not just from a trouristic point of view, but also with the insight of the people living in those countries. Travelling is so much more fun, when you meet people living in a certrain country.

To say some things about me: I am a teacher and I love to learn new things and get out of my comfort zone. I am outgoing and quick to get to know new people. I am easy going and adapt to whatsever is around me. I love sports, music and books. If you want to know more about me, just let me know. =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I did it before in the US and it is a good way to meet new people. It helps to find places in cities and countries that you never would have thought about, or which are not mentioned in all the tourist guides.

It made my travels richer, and especially in countries where there could be a language barrier, it will be really helpful. =)
