About Me

I was born and raised in California, currently living in San Luis Obispo. I am a graduate student at California Polytechnic University and I work as a part-time engineer for a start-up medical device company. At work, I am involved with designing a device that treats postpartum hemorrhaging. I absolutely love what I do and have found a passion in innovation for developing countries, especially in the field of maternal health. I believe in travel and want to learn as much as I can about the world. "Travel brings power and love back to your life" -Rumi

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting travelers and exchanging travel stories. I plan to travel this Summer and use Couchsurfing to get the locals' point of view of the places I visit. I am happy to show travelers around to some of my favorite places in SLO!

From end of June until August I hope to use Couchsuring to see as much as I can of Europe while meeting new people and saving money here and there between hostel visits.
