Overview
About Me
Italian/Egyptian woman currently living in Trieste with my brother.
I was born in Prato, Tuscany where I lived for most of my time, then moved to Cairo for a couple of years and then back to Italy with the pandemic in 2020. I've always enjoyed travelling, it's refreshing to meet new people, see new places, taste new food and discover beautiful scenaries.
I look forward to go back to travel more frequently and hopefully start hosting people again starting from September (right now the guest room is occupied by a friend of mine).
ps. I have two beautiful cats 🖤🩶
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have traveled in many countries and met amazing people through different platforms who made my trips memorable, so whenever I travel I first try to find some local hosts who can make your experience more true than the otherwise more touristic one. Moreover, I like to repay my luck by hosting people in my GORGEOUS city whenever I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have a specific genre in music, I like to explore different tastes.
Books, I mainly read mindset and business-related books (not many novels).
No particular preference for movies and series, I mainly watch A LOT of anime.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have travelled from Cairo to Chicago to bring back my 5yo nephew.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share any interesting information about the Arab Spring, the refugees situation in the world, and the entreprenurial scene in Europe/Middle-East.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer a spare private room in the city center of Trieste and be your "Cicerone".
