Why I’m on Couchsurfing

From a hotel you can explore the city, but it is quite different if you really live in a city. The closest thing to this experience comes when you think of people who live in the city. I love to discover the "real" city, with its corners, corners and insider tips.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- hiking three days about Rheinsteig and slept outside (2015)
- traveled to poland (Woodsock) by train for 7 hours (and 13 hours back) (2015)
- hitchhike to Italy (we needed four days and spend 10 days on Giglio) (2016)
- hiking 13 days on the Way of St. James through Germany (2017)
- sailing from Spain to France - 10 days on the Atlantic on a big 3 Master (2018)

Teach, Learn, Share

I try to meditate on current ones, but I do it intuitively or after ordering an app.

At the same time, I also focus on sustainability and this year focus on zero waste, as well as seasonal and regional foods. I would like to minimize my life somewhat consciously and am grateful for any suggestions.

Another intent for 2019 is a healthy and fit lifestyle. Which caused quite a fitness interest at the end of 2018. I started jogging again and love to go to the gym. But also to walk a distance on foot is great for me.
In Barcelona, I lived very centrally and everything was within half an hour to reach was also gone

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and bake and try to be up to date in the vegan diet, even if I do not designate myself as such and thus exceptions in society are possible.
I would like to cook together in the host, or like to cook my host as a thank you.

Otherwise, I like to talk about the most different topics, I am open for new things and I am always learning to do it better.
