Hi there!

I’m a 26 year old woman who grew up in Switzerland (the French-speaking part). I’ve just started a formation in zootherapy (animal-assisted therapy). My goal is to create a safe and caring space for people who’ll need one and also one for animals who’ll help me. It’s really important for me to bring this kind of environment to contribute to the well-being of people and animals :)

I also dance and I’m thinking about offering dance-therapy too. Because I think that dancing is one of the most helpful thing to connect to your body and let your emotions and feelings live how they need to. But that’s an idea who’s emerging ahah

I love spending time with people by doing simple things such as having a coffee together, playing board games, go for a walk, playing music, dancing... and just appreciating the little things that life offer!

I’m in love with music. I always listen to music and I’m always singing (unfortunately for some people😂). I also watch a lot of movies, tv show and animes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve just came back from a 2 months travel in Scotland, with 3 weeks of volunteering in a farm, and that was magical. I’ve met so many beautiful souls that brought me and taught me so much. I made friends from all around the world and that’s a gift. We shared a lot, we’ve laughed a lot and we’ve also been vulnerable together. 🤍

I studied psychology so I like to talk and share about psychology’s topic. I’m also deeply into spirituality and practice meditation, yoga, tarot reading, and a lot of other things that I would be happy to share :)
