I'm very energetic and love life! I like to go out with open minded and spontaneous people or even alone ! If someone wants to make me happy: food or a nice music event - and I'm happy =).
I'm a personal trainer and health coach because I love to see and feel how people can change in such a positive way. I like to teach what I've learned and I want people to get as energetic as I am. To enjoy life in all its facets! To live in here and now and not in the past or future, to enjoy the little things and accept ourselves.

Traveling is one of my biggest hobbies, I like to meet new people, learn more about their culture and maybe make new friends for life. The idea of couch surfing is really nice! You help other people, you connect and enjoy.

Música, películas y libros

Music is my life! All of my friends know that there is no Sarah without music! I'm a singer, I sing blues, soul, funk, rock'n'roll, R'n'B and acoustic versions of Pop songs. I'm a Forró dancer, it's a Brazilian dance, very rhythmic, dynamic and emotional dance. I love music, because people show their emotions, their energie or just connect with other people who feel the same, make friends or just enjoy.
And hey I'm from Berlin - I'm completely in love with techno music and love to go out as much as I can.
My favorite movie is 'the Intouchables', because I like the french humor and the mix of comedy and drama.
My favorite book is 'the Alchemist' and 'the power of now' from Eckhart Tolle.
