Hi ! We are a French couple traveling since december 2023 around South America and Central America. Before this trip, we lived in Paris. I worked in an association that welcomed young migrants and Léo worked in human resources department. We saved money and quit our job to live this experience. So far, we have no regrets and enjoy 100% of this trip ! We started our trip in Patagonia (Argentina) and we followed the west coast to Mexico ( we visited Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Galápagos, Nicaragua and Guatemala for now). As much as possible we travel by local bus for ecological reasons and also because we like to see the landscapes change through the window. We are low-budget travelers and we love meeting local people, discover cultures and history of countries we visit. We are also hiking lovers !

Concerning us we love : hiking, nature, movies, travels, new meetings, history, culture, food, adventure… in short, the essential things in life.
Léo is resourceful and loves DIY and Sarah is particulary social sensitive.

We are french native, thanks to this trip we improve a lot our spanish ( almost fluent) and we can discuss in english ( but we are looking to improve our English ).

Our next destinations : Belize, Mexico and Japan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I ( Sarah) did Couchsurfing a long time ago in Turkey. It’s a very good memory. I met people with different cultures and in was very enriching to me. I really want to share this type of moment with my boyfriend Léo. It’s the first time we try Couchsurfing in couple. We don’t have recomandations on Couchsurfing yet but we have ones on Airbnb ( see on profile pictures ).

We are looking for new meetings ( away from tourism), share our life experiences and share moments together, exchange on our ways of seeing the world.
