Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that the best way to see the place is through the locals! I enjoy seeing how they really live, talking and finding out about hidden gem's to go visit in their area is always a no us. As I mostly do solo traveling, couch surfing offers a slightly different way to view a place and met new people opposed to the ol' hostel option!

Music, Movies, and Books

Not overly picky!! In terms of music, I like anything really- Backstreet boys, Alt-j, Childish Gambino, ABBA, Chance the rapper, Baro, Milky Chance, Shaggy, Glass Animals, *NSYNC, Kanye etc but mostly in favor of any tunes that make me want to dance!!
My all time favorite movie is the 2003 version of 'Peter Pan' which I think is truly beautiful and one of my favorite stories as well!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked at a summer camp in Canada!! Spent my days with a bunch of 9-13 year olds, living in a tipi, hiking, canoeing, horse riding, singing campfire tunes, escaping wildlife, venturing of the trails and having a ball!! It was for 24 hours a day, 6 days a week which was often tiring transforming a group from 8 strangers to a camp family, but the impact you got to have on them and the memories we formed resulted in the best summer of my life so far! Plus I got a really good tan 😄😄
