About Me
In 2017, I made a life changing decision to leave behind my life in New York City, my corporate consulting job, my friends and family to go teach English in South Korea. After teaching English in South Korea, I went on a 6 month adventure - traveling from China to Romania by land.
Now I have moved to New Zealand with my boyfriend.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm very interested in religion. In preparation for my Israel trip, I read the entire Quran, a selection of Ahadith from Riyad-us-Saliheen, the entire Hebrew Bible, selected chapters from Jewish Literacy, and the entire Bible.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach - I can teach some simple Chinese phrases, how to use Tableau (for those into data visualization), and I guess I can teach English (I am an English teacher after all ;) ).
Learn - Happy to learn anything!
Share - My experiences living abroad in South Korea.
