Overview
About Me
I am currently a Junior at UA and am majoring in Biology on the pre-PA track. I have a heart for medicine and public health, and I would like to use my education to one day travel and improve healthcare for the world. Top 3 three items on my bucket list (at this moment): volunteer at an elephant conservation in Thailand, join the Peace Corp in Africa, and learn to play the guitar.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to see as much of the world as possible! As a college student, I am broke and will be for at least the next few years. Through couch surfing, I can see the world while also saving a little money and meeting the locals. One day, when I am settled in my own place, I plan to open my home to all other world travelers in order to return a favor and meet more people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I haven't had many opportunities yet to fulfill my travel dreams, but college has given me some great experiences here in Alabama. For my fall break, I took an Alternative Break trip to Selma, AL, and I can say my life has truly been changed. There is so much culture and history in Selma, and I never realized how similar the issues of today are to the way they were in the 60s. The trip definitely gave me a better appreciation for the life I have and put a fire in my step to help better this world in any way I can.
