Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a few months in to my travelling experience and love it so far...even if I'm always getting lost! Though I sometimes travel solo I think the people you meet really make the experience, and CS gives you the chance for this. I would love to host fellow travellers but live with the family I work for so it's not possible right now.

Interests

I'm a massive bookworm and trying to be writer / blogger. I also love music, but unfortunately don't have the time to devote to my guitar anymore.
As much as I love being lazy, I have to get outside and go adventuring through woods and up mountains as often as possible - there's nothing like seeing how far only your feet can take you.

Music, Movies, and Books

No strong preferences, I will watch / read / listen to everything and probably enjoy it. If I had to pick favourite genres I'd go with fantasy for books and films, and old rock for music. But I'm always open to other stuff

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed some of the highest quality peaks in England, including Ben Nevis. The first time we did it we went through snow for the last section, then suddenly got above the cloud line and ended up sunbathing on the peak watching the clouds below us.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook the basics...and the typical English fry up! But I love learning Italian recipes. Also sharing music of any kind, and I can teach the basics on guitar! Anyone want to learn Twinkle Twinkle or Smoke on the Water?

What I Can Share with Hosts
