Myself and my partner Tom are an easy-going couple in our 20's, trying to see the world on a budget. We are both musicians in a band, but aside from that, Tom teaches music to underprivileged young people at a YMCA and I am a dog sitter and I love to write. We are animal lovers, vegetarians and we try to live as sustainably as possible.

We are super clean and tidy, friendly and appreciative people who will most likely take you out for a few drinks/cook for you/play music for you if you host us! We're not party animals, but we like to have a laugh. (We live in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, a lovely coastal town only 45 minutes away from London by train. Let me know if you'd like to visit!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to see the world through the eyes of locals, so we'd love for you to show us some of your favourite places in the area. We love talking to people and finding out more about other people's lives. Sometimes it is the people you meet that completely make a city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a skydive from 10,000 feet a few years back.
Tom toured Europe and Asia with rock bands back in the day - he did a gig in China to a crowd of around 12,000.
And earlier in 2019, Tom and I volunteered at a dog and horse sanctuary in Cyprus for two weeks!
