我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My family and I have had many wonderful ''house-swap'' holidays, where we have stayed in another family's house abroad while they came and stayed at ours. Often, we have become friendly with these families and swapped or met up a number of times. We have also been hosted. So, I would like to continue to meet great people and be able to accept and offer hospitality, and experience different cultures from a native's view!

I am currently living in a large student house in Leiden, a sorority house - so 20 girls! Therefore, it is not the best place for hosting people. However, if someone is desperately in need of a bed I can offer a mattress in a spare room! Very basic, nothing much I'm afraid! I live with my family in Ireland, and will be able to offer much more luxurious accommodations there when I return! :P
