Hey everyone!
I'm a French Canadian and I'm a big fan of music, cinema, art, and canoe. Each year i go on a canoe camping expedition with my friends and i decided to travel before going on a canoe expedition this summer. My most recent one was a 32 day trip in the Northern rivers of Quebec Canada. It would be my pleasure to tell you stories as well as hear stories about your travels or life. Besides that, I recently finished college and I wanted to change my scenery a bit!

My friend couch surfed Europe and she has so many great stories that I wanted to give it a try. I also don't like the "tourist" experience, I don't like being in hotels that are overpriced with the complimentary continental breakfast. I like to LIVE my trips, get immersed in the experience. That why I decided to try couchsurfing.

It's hard to chose only one band that I like, but I would say that Arcade Fire, Edward Sharpe and the magnetic Zeros, Simon and Garfunkel, James Vincent McMorrow, The Wings, and Tame Impala as for french music my favorites are Karkwa, Bernard Adamus, Mon Doux Seigneur, Philippe Brach, Jean Leloup and Harmonium

My favorite movies are Princess Mononoke, Howls Moving Castle, It's Such a Beautiful Day, Star Wars The Force Awakens, Mr. Nobody, Akira, Eternal sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Truman Show.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My friends and I have survived the Moisie river! From the put in (where we start the expedition) at Wabush lake, we traveled 600km by going down rapids, portaging our canoes and luggage, and hauling our canoes through the rapids. It was grueling work but we finaly made it to point Moisie where our expedition came to an end in the St. Lawrence.
