I grew up in the centre-north of Germany and always wanted to live abroad. With my studies, this wish became reality. I moved to Addis Ababa, participated in a study program on Peace and Security, and now I am living in Brussels.
I'm very adventurous and open-minded, always searching for new acquaintances, places, cultures, and experiences. I don't need much to feel comfortable. Basically, good company is all it takes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people especially when they come from different cultural backgrounds than I do. Couchsurfing is one of the best ways to get to know locals, interesting, open-minded potential friends, who can offer an authentic insight in how people live in a certain city, region, country and like to share their stories. We can all learn from each other! And to learn about yourself, you have to join others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Growing up in Germany, I always wanted to get out of the Europe bubble. This became true when I got the chance to study in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with students from all over the world. One of the greatest opportunities of my life and an eye-opening experience.
