Loaded question. Can't pinpoint favorite music although I am very into female indie groups right now. Still trying to find my favorite movie although I've been digging Wes Anderson right now. And books. Man I have a lot of favorite books. Recently I started the "Rory Gilmore Reading Challenge". It's a collection of 339 great books that Rory Gilmore was seen reading on the Gilmore Girls. She has real good taste. The best book I recently read was Incredibly Loud and Extremely Close by Jonathan Safran Foer. I recommend. I've also been getting into Graphic Novels lately. Suggestions are always welcome.

I grew up in the area and have explored quite a bit. While surfing is quite the trip out (at least a 6 hour drive) I'd be happy to join you in a day of snowboarding, hiking, or general wandering. I'm half Canadian with family in Vancouver so can offer recommendations for BC or maybe even show you around Vancouver a little (depending on schedule). My grandma will make you lunch. Also willing to let you borrow my bar bike.
