About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Having a great life!

ABOUT ME

What do you wanna know? Just ask! To introduce myself: I just made my dream come true and started my "Open-End-Around-The-World" Trip in November 2013. This simply changed my life. I became a Travelblogger and visited more than 50 countries around the globe.

I'm opend-minded, interested in a lot of topics. I love to try new things, if it's food, sport or another adventure doesn't matter.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't have a philosophy. Just trying to have a happy and adventurous life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was a host at hospitalityclub.org, the same as couchsurfing. I hosted different people and enjoyed the hospitality from hosts in other countries.

At the moment I cannot host you, but we can meet in Zurich where I currently live. We can grab a coffee, have dinner or just a chat somewhere at the lake.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had wonderful experiences with hosting and surfing and made friendships all over the world. I'm one of the big fans of couchsurfing because I had such good times while surfing and hosting.

Interests

I spend my time with nearly all kind of sports, when it's possible, outside. As well I love to cook and try new recipes, especially from other cultures and countries. Love to have a drink, good music in the background and share interesting stories and exchange experiences with new people and friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: There are no limits! I love reading, no matter if it's a science fiction novel or a language learning book. Some of my all time favourites are
The ciderhouse rules by John Irving
Lord of the rings by J.R.R Tolkien
Emilia by Angeles Mastretta
Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt
Herr Lehmann by Sven Regener
Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts
The Stieg Larsson Novels
.....

Movies: I like a lot and not a special genre. I like the old italian mafioso movies as well as all the Marvel stuff, nonsense action movies like The Fast and the Furious and The Bourne Identity. And I'm a Star Wars fan. And Johnny Depp.

Music: from Pop to Hip Hop to World Music - anything goes. But I'm always happy if someone can introduce me to new stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, there were so many fantastic things in my life, I'm so blessed with a lot of fantastic experiences... I traveld a lot, I worked a lot, I lived hard and didn't missed a lot. So I don't know where to start. But: every experience is made with the people who are around you. So at the end -> it' s all about people!

Teach, Learn, Share

There is always a lot to learn... I like to learn and share other ways of thinking, of life, of being. I love the interchange of cultures, to see how other people life and to learn from their ideas.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State, Viet Nam
