I grew up in a small town in Canada with three other siblings, a cat and a dog. Since I was 18 I have taken time to study, work, and travel. I have lived in France and Spain, and I now call Ottawa home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing provides an excellent opportunity to meet people who know their city really well, and can tell you about places you won't find in a guidebook. It has also helped me save money on so many trips, and often staying in someone's home is much nicer than a hotel or hostel!

Interests

I love to travel and explore, which is why I'm on here, but I would rather do one interesting thing and make one really good friend than do lots of things with lots of different people.
As much as I like to travel, I like to return home to Ottawa and lead a pretty quiet life. When I'm at home I love cooking and baking (and of course eating...), I spend lots of time outside on my bike or hanging out in parks, and going to concerts and cultural events.
I am very friendly, but sometimes I can be quiet and reserved. I am a cheerful person and I try to help others as much as I can.
