ABOUT ME

I am a very laid back, down to earth person. People say I'm pretty amusing :) I am half-Egyptian and I've been fortunate enough to live in and travel to a number of places since I was very young, which has shaped who I am today. I'm getting my MA from SOAS at the moment, and taking advantage of London's location! Trying to travel to as many places as I can while I'm here! I love meeting new people from around the world!

Interests

I love to travel more than anything else in the world! I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I'm an avid reader. I like big nights out and quiet nights in. I write as well and am hoping to keep a travel journal of my adventures! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attending the World Social Forum in Belem, Brazil and meeting the indigenous Amazonian tribes that attended was pretty incredible. Another moment was rounding a corner at the Uffizi in Florence and seeing my favorite painting of all time (having not known it was there): The Annunciation by Botticelli.
