About Me

ABOUT ME

I am outgoing, easygoing, polite, funny, and love the arts. I'm a huge knowledge-seeker and love learning about everything so it's great to hear other people's stories and just collect random bits of everything wherever I go.

PHILOSOPHY

Things will always work out in the end. I tend to do things that I want to do, regardless of stigmas or how others might see things. We have, after all, a very limited time here on earth so might as well spend it doing what you love!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently mostly a surfer at this point since I'm travelling around a lot, but once I get back to the US I plan on hosting as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still pretty new to couchsurfing but definitely eager to experience everything it has to offer.

Interests

I love meeting new people and going to new places and just exploring the world in general. There's so many things to see and do in this world and I'm eager to experience everything. I love music, food, nature, and just knowing random things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies
Ranges from stuff like Pan's Labyrinth, The Orphanage (love Guillermo del Toro), and classic horror, to really stupdi comedies like Napoleon Dynamite or the Benchwarmers, to dramatic films such as American Beauty, and indie/more independents movies like Donnie Darko, Little Miss Sunshine, or Brick.

Music
Indie rock/folk/jazz, electronic, the occasional rap, new age, classical, world music, basically anything that is well done and can move me is good music in my book.

Books
The Glass Castle, The Virgin Suicides, All Quiet on the Western Front, I enjoy many of the classics, especially war novels I find pretty interesting. Again, anything well done and powerful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love looking at the sky. It's so diverse yet constant at the same time and this absolutely fascinates me. I'm often left breathless at the sight of an especially beautifully lit sky with a plethora of colors you've never even imagined.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am willing to teach anyone anything I know and willing to learn anything anyone will teach me!
