ABOUT ME
I am an energetic, fun loving person who is easy to get along with. I love playing volleyball but my love for travelling is much greater. When i go away i travel for long periods of time and always start off by giving back to those less fortunate by doing some volunteer work. When i set my mind on doing something i will do all it takes to make it happen. Live life to the fullest!
Interests
I spend my time planning what i am going to do next... i like being active and rarely have a moment to sit down and do nothing as there is always something else that i could/can be doing. I love to be out exploring and making new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first moment i would like to share was when i was in Kenya doing some volunteer work at an orphanage. It was suppose to be for children between the ages of 2 and 6 but it really ranged from 3 months to 16 yrs. There was this little boy, Medwa, who was about 4-5 months old and i was looking after him. It had only been about a week into my placement when i noticed that he would look for me... when i would walk into the room and start talking to the kids saying 'hello' he was spin his head around looking for me. I would make my way over to him and then would spend as much time as i could looking after him as the workers would not pay so much attention to him as he was in his crib all day and were too busy chasing around the 2 yr olds. It was such a sad moment when i had to leave the orphanage and say goodbye to him for the last time.
My second moment would be a month long one. I did a Contiki tour around the southern part of the US. I started in LA and ended in NY. There were 52 of us on the bus and it was like a connection that i had never experienced before... we were all like one big family. I have been on tours before but none of them compared to how such a large group all got along and were caring and looking out for each other. These people i have made a life long connection with and when i can go back home and meet up with them all again i will. Even though we live in different parts of the world (mostly in Aus) i will make an effort to see them.
