About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am in-between roommates and have a spare room-- I might as well put it to good use!
ABOUT ME
I work as a Speech Therapist at a rehab hospital in my neighborhood. I love my job, in part because I'm off at 4 everyday and have plenty of day left to bike, hike, yoga, see friends, etc. I did a bit of traveling this year and need to stay put for awhile, so I would love to have some adventurers stay here with me.
I love meeting new people :)
I have couchsurfed a number of times in the past 6 years. I have never been able to host because my roommates haven't felt comfortable. Now is my opportunity. It's a great community out there.
I love to be active - bike, run, climb, dance - as much as enjoy a glass (or bottle) of wine with good friends. I recently started learning the guitar, which I have found to be a great balance to my sometimes draining job.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A couple years ago I drove with a friend to Nashville, TN, to help her move for grad school. We couch surfed along the way and it was a fantastic experience. We couldn't believe how gracious all of our hosts were. A couple years ago I did a roadtrip through the south alone and couchsurfed again.... always a good experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A few summers ago I rode by bike from Bellingham, Washington to southern Oregon-- 1600 miles! It turns out that biking is a great way to travel on a student budget :)
