ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Rostock for my studies. However, I have lived in Greifswald/Germany, Kansas City/US and Kinsale/Ireland before. I am restless and can’t wait to finish my master to see where my next ‘adventure’ will take me ;)
After school I couldn’t decide what I want to do with my life, so I went as an aupair to the US and stayed there for one year. In the time when I didn’t have to mind the children, I tried to travel as much as I could, including a roadtrip up to the Niagra Falls. This was quite some fun, as I never really knew where we will stop for the next night. It was agreat experience and roadtrips are the BEST.
After the year I was certain that I want to do something with languages and I took my Bachelors degree in British and Scandinavian Studies (so I know some Swedish ;)). I enjoyed Greifswald/Germany for a while, beautiful small city in Germany just one hour from Rostock. I love the Baltic Sea and need the sea closed to me, so after my Bachelor I went to Ireland Kinsale and had the most amazing time there and now always go back for a visit ;) Ireland is beautiful and I love the kind of wild nature that you can still find there 
My masters degree then took me to Rostock, where I am now studying British and American Transcultural studies. I hope my work in the future will take me to many different places, a s I love travelling and enjoy spending time with people from other countries, with a different cultural background. It’s just so nice to share this cultural experience, different food, different language, different biographies and it will be very interesting who I will be meeting when Couchsurfing, either hosting or surfing ;)
You’re always welcome to stay here, for a slong as you want, friends of mine always come along for a visit and I jzst enjoy having guests. As long as I don’t have any classes or don’t have to work, while you’re here I’d like to get to know you a little and show you around. Rostock is a beautiful city on the Baltic Sea and beaches and things to do are not far ;)
Me and my boyfriend are living together, there is one room that you could use with a double bed available and I will always have enough bedlinen;)
