My husband and I have lived in Europe for most of the past 11 years. First in Germany, then Belgium, and now we're settled into France. We have four young children and two small dogs - all of whom are friendly and don't bite (much). I'm an aspiring Francophone and my husband is fluent - both of us are native English speakers though.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have a huge house in beautiful southern France and lots of space to host guests . We're expats in France, so we know what it's like to be in a new, unfamiliar space and can provide our visitors with a warm welcome and friendly guidance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We've had some really cool experiences, but some of the most notable were scuba diving in the Maldives and Belize, cage diving with Great Whites in South Africa, diving into a seal colony, bungee jumping from the Bloukrans Bridge, and white water rafting in Costa Rica - but I promise I'm not an adrenaline junky.

I've been a fitness instructor for almost a decade and have a small indoor cycling studio in my home so if you'd like a workout, let me know and I'd be happy to make you sweat.
