ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going and open minded person. I love to enjoy life, be creative, make people laugh and think and to meet people that make me laugh and think as well. I enjoy being active as much as chilling out, listening to music, playing the guitar, singing and just taking it easy.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe everyone creates one's own life and is responsible for one's own choices. Happiness is not something that happens to someone. It is a choice. There is always a way to do things you want to do and everyone has that potential to follow one's own dreams.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was always interested in travelling, discovering and experiencing the world and different cultures. When I learned from Couchsurfing through a friend, I signed up a many years ago. I haven't been involved with it for a long time though and now that I'm travelling I just started to couchsurf. Once I have my own place I will give all the generosity and kindness back I experienced from so many lovely people on my travels.

Intereses

Music inspires and touches me in so many different ways. I used to play the guitar when I was 14 years old and now I'm about to learn it again. I'm interested in any outdoor activities (e.g. diving, rock climbing, hiking, beach volleyball, inline skating, skiing etc.), photography, healthy food and cooking, psychology, new activities/things I can try out and deep conversations.

Spirituality is an important part of my life in order to achieve inner peace, awakening, acceptance and mindfulness. I'm interested in yoga, meditation, gem stones, rebirthing, self-sustaining living and others. As growth is one of my top values in life, I enjoy adapting competences as much as learning new skills. I like to visit less touristy areas on my travels, I'm highly interested in other cultures, open minded and I like to connect with locals.

Algo increíble que he hecho

After 6 years of talking about travelling, I finally decided to change my life as I realised that I wasn't happy at all. I went to Australia for one year and got the travel bug straight away. When my visa expired, I left to Asia for two months and went home to catch up with friends and family as well as to sell most of my belongings. After a short stop for two weeks in Asia, I went back to Australia for another 3 months. My next destination will be New Zealand. I'm so proud of myself that I've made that step that changed me and my life drastically.
